RAFAELANDRES LLC – Late Fee Policy

Effective Date: April 15, 2026

This document outlines the official late payment policy for RAFAELANDRES LLC. By hiring our services, continuing to collaborate, or receiving any invoice from RAFAELANDRES LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms regarding payment obligations, penalties, and potential recovery actions:

  1. Payment Terms: All invoices issued by RAFAELANDRES LLC are due within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  2. Late Fee: A late fee of 2% of the total invoice amount per month, or $35 per week (whichever is greater), will be applied to all unpaid invoices that are more than thirty (30) days overdue.
  3. Administrative Charges: In addition to the late fee, RAFAELANDRES LLC reserves the right to apply administrative or recovery charges for the time and resources spent attempting to collect overdue payments.
  4. Final Notice and Legal Action: If the invoice remains unpaid after multiple notices, RAFAELANDRES LLC reserves the right to initiate legal action or submit a claim in Small Claims Court, including recovery of all associated fees.
  5. Dispute Resolution: If the client believes an invoice was issued in error, a formal written dispute must be submitted to info@rafaelandres.com within fifteen (15) calendar days of receiving the invoice. Disputes submitted after this period may not be honored.
  6. Legal Framework: This policy is consistent with commercial practices allowed under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and applicable Florida state business laws. It is enforceable and applies to all clients unless a prior written agreement explicitly overrides these terms.
  7. Policy Updates: This policy is subject to change. Clients will be notified in writing of any updates. The current version is always available upon request.

Any access to our services, use of our site, or commercial engagement with our brand constitutes acceptance of the terms stated herein.
